I prefer PHPBAY over BANS but….

This is in reference to my last post as which software or programs I will purchase to built my Affiliate Niche Store. Is it going to be PHPBAY or BANS (Build A Niche Store)?

Let us look over the cost first.

PHPBAY will cost me around $63 for the purchase of the software alone. Add the cost of Hosting at Hostgator, which incidentally is recommended by many who have used PHPBAY because f the unlimited domains hosting  at only around $10 a month. Then add the cost of  purchasing a domain name at GoDaddy, also the cheapest according to many, at around $7 which is renewable for a year. So the upront cost to build an Affiliate Niche store using PHPBAY is around $80.

You can compute the cost for putting up an Affiliate Niche Store using BANS by just adding the difference on the cost of the software which is $34 then add the cost of domain hosting and domain names. So the total cost using BANS to have an e-store will come out to be around $114!

Just for the cost alone, you can determine which program I will prefer to get me started in Affiliate Marketing using a Niche Store. PHPBAY of course.

The other reason and I would like to say, the main reason why I would want to purchase PHPBAY is the versatility of PHPBAY. Because this software is a WordPress Plug In, you can customize them very easily and hundreds of free wordpress templates to choose from. I have looked at many of the niche stores that used this software. I would say that the appearance of  phpbay stores are better than the appearance of bans store that I visited over the 2 days that I have been researching. PHPBAY niche stores are more professional looking, I would say, than BANS  niche stores. You know, having a professional looking store is one aspect of decision if I am to buy from an online store.

One more thing, BANS (Build A Niche Store) sites I heard are having problems with Google. So many of them are being deindex by Google for no reason at all. Maybe because of the very limited templates available from BANS. And because of the very limited templates, many BANS sites appear to be similar. I have read that Google does not want to index so many similar websites especially affiliate stores. This BANS sites are not content rich. I understand that Google always wants content rich websites. PHPBAY software is capable of putting up content rich Affiliate Niche Stores so they do not appear similar. This is why, PHPBAY stores are not the subject of deindexing by Google. In fact they do get index quickly! 

So my choice to build my affiliate niche store…. of course…PHPBAY.

But there is a problem! I am holding back to purchase PHPBAY. This on my next post.

Phpbay or Bans?

I have been posting about my interest in putting up an affiliate niche store ( others call them e-commerce or e-store) and have been researching over the net for several days now… err actually I have started my search way back for weeks now. And 2 of these many programs or software catch my attention. Actually I am choosing between the 2 softwares now t build my own affiliate niche store. They are the PHPBAY and BANS (Build A Niche Store).

Let me talk about the PHPBAY first. This program is actually a WordPress plug in that one can incorporate in ones blog enabling you to show EBAY products and earning a commission when somebody buys from your blog. You need to register first with Ebay Partner Network (EPN) as an Affiliate to be able to earn the commission generated from your blogsite. I have read that this was handled before by Commission Junction. No reason was stated why Ebay now has created an affiliate network in exchange for the services of CJ. Going back to PHPBAY, from what I have read ( as you know I am a newbie here so I based on my research of whatever I am writing in this blog ), many have been using this software not only because of  its versatility but also because PHPBAY is easy to install. And many have been earning a decent income of  $500 -$1000 in a month using this WordPress Plug in. The price of PHPBAY is $79 but with a coupon discount of 20%.

Now let me go over BANS now. Also known as Build A Niche Store, is a website development platform that can enable one to create a Ebay niche store and generate an income through their affiliate program called Ebay Partner Network. Just like with PHPBAY, you also have to register with them as an affiliate to be eligible to collect any commission from a sale in your niche store. Although registration with Ebay Affiliate Network (EPN) is free, one must have a website and you must have a decent (with existing traffic?) traffic going on in your website. From what I read from blogs and reviews about BANS, it is very easy to install and many have been constructing bans site here and there beacause of its easyness to construct. Some have 10-20 bans sites and Ialso read that others have more. And why? Because BANS site are bringing them steady income. The price of BANS is $97 with no available discount coupon.

Affiliate Niche Marketing

It was a busy day for me today doing website hopping (internet surfing). Yes website hopping just like island hopping(?). As I have told in my first post, I am very interested to put up an affiliate niche store particularly an ebay affiliate store. I am in search for an online business to create for me a steady income.

And I have found out basing on that website hopping an affiliate niche store is very very similar to my profession here in our country being a Licensed Real Estate Broker. The job of a Broker is to find a property for somebody who wants to buy or invest in a particular property. Basically, that is what a Broker does. And putting up an afiliate niche store is somewhat similar to what I am doing as a Licensed Broker. And because of this, I am becoming more interested in doing this online business of Affliate Niche Marketing. I can utilize my skills and knowledge in Real Estate in this new endevour that I want to explore.

All About Me – 1st ever blogpost!

Good Day to everyone!

This is the very first entry in this blog and I must say my first ever blogpost. Understandably because this is my first ever blogsite.  So I might need to introduce myself  just like one does when applying for a job.

My name is Ajja Gomez and  a Licensed Real Estate Practicioner here in our country. I am happily married and blessed with 2 intelligent and wonderful kids named Alcyrra, the daughter, and Joselle, the son.

I finished college in 1984 (you can now guess what my age is) with a degree in Engineering with one of the more reputable schools in the country.

Due to the ongoing economic crises that the whole world now is experiencing, businesses have slowed down as everybody knows.  The Real Estate Industry of which I am a part of is heavily affected. The foreign company I am working with closed down. As of now I am jobless together with so many who were affected by the economic turmoil.

Because of this, I am trying to search for another avenue of getting an income, an online income for that matter. And I am looking at this Affiliate Niche Store where basing of what I have already read and research, you can earn money from it thru ebay and other affilate store.

I am still in the process of evaluating this opportunity. I will keep you posted on this. What you can read in this blog will be mostly all about this Affiliate Niche Store opportunity.
